Overclock CFO builds the financial and corporate infrastructure early-stage founders need. Clean books, a defensible model, a documented cap table, a data room that survives due diligence. Everything you need to walk into every investor meeting with confidence.
Urgency. Accountability. Results.
The Moment
Most early-stage founders reach the same moment. The pitch is coming together. The product is real. The vision is clear. And then an advisor, an early investor, or a co-founder asks about the financials. The books. The model. The cap table. The corporate documents.
And the answer is: we haven't gotten there yet.
That's not a failure. It's the reality of building a company from nothing. Founders pour everything into the product because that's what the early stage demands. The financial and corporate infrastructure gets deferred. Until it can't be anymore.
Overclock CFO exists for exactly that moment.
What We Build
How We Work
We've been where you are. We understand what it means to operate with finite resources and concentrated priorities. We don't judge the gaps. We've seen what it takes to build a solid financial and corporate foundation. We get to work.
For a founder preparing to raise, time is the scarcest resource. We pursue workstreams simultaneously so we don't slow you down. From the books, to the cap table, to investor materials, we work the stack to prepare your company for its raise.
Urgency is how we operate. We don't spend weeks assessing the situation before doing anything. We move immediately, we work fast, and we compress timelines that would otherwise take months. Every day counts when pursuing a raise. We value time because we know you do.
There's a difference between advice and ownership. We drive every workstream to completion and we stay accountable to our deliverables and the founders we support. We don't consider an engagement successful until the founders are ready to walk into any investor meeting with confidence.
We don't advise and step back. We don't hand you a report and wish you luck. We own the work, we drive it to completion, and we stay accountable to the outcome.
Urgency. Accountability. Results.
About
I founded Overclock CFO with a perspective most fractional CFOs don't have. I've co-founded a company from the ground up where I served as CFO from inception through early stage growth. I built the books, the model, the cap table, the payroll infrastructure, the corporate governance, and the raise process. We raised over $6M across two seed rounds. I know what that work actually looks like because I did it myself, under the same pressures my clients are facing now.
Before that, I spent five years advising companies on M&A and capital raises, leading execution on nearly $1B in transactions in the healthcare technology and tech-enabled sectors. I sat across from investors on behalf of founders. I know what they're looking for, what kills deals in due diligence, and what a foundation that actually holds up looks like from both sides of the table.
That combination, builder and banker, is what Overclock CFO is built on. I bring a blue-collar work ethic with white-collar experience to every engagement. I get into the work, I own it, and I don't stop until the problem is solved. Founders walk away owning the financial story, backed by a company with the operational credibility to support it.
If you're preparing to raise, let's talk.
